After submitting the RMA request form, our Technical Service Team will provide an authorization number and the address of the designated Zhanxin repair center. Ensure the request form and authorization number are attached to the package exterior, and securely pack all items to prevent damage during shipping. Note: Repairs without an authorization number may be rejected or returned at the sender’s expense.
