The RMA process involves the following steps:
1.Complete the online RMA request form.
2.Our Technical Service Team will send you an authorization number and the address of the Zhanxin repair center.
3.Package the items securely, attach the request form and authorization number to the outside of the package, and ship to the provided address to avoid damage.
