Service Options
Zhanxin offers the following support methods for warranty claims:
Remote Technical Assistance: This service addresses technical issues, such as signal or power cable connections, system software problems, parameter configurations, and component replacements (e.g., modules, power supplies, or system cards).
Return Material Authorization (RMA): If remote support cannot resolve the issue, Zhanxin will coordinate with the Buyer to determine if RMA service is appropriate.
On-Site Support: Buyers can request on-site service via Zhanxin’s website, email, or phone, providing the product serial number, service details, site address, and contact information. At Zhanxin’s discretion, an engineer may be dispatched to the Buyer’s location. Labor costs for on-site service may apply, as outlined in the Zhanxin Service Price Book.
