RMA Process

When a customer's display module spare parts are defective, they can be sent to a Zhanxin-authorized service center for repair. Once repaired, Zhanxin will return the parts to the customer.

Preparing the RMA for Shipment

Zhanxin will provide an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions send customers after receiving the necessary information from the customer.

Shipping the RMA to the Repair Center

Pack the modules securely using foam or other protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the packaging is reusable for return shipping and that each module is individually cushioned to avoid contact with others.

Repair and Return Process

If any of the received items require a service fee, Zhanxin will provide a quote. Upon payment confirmation, the item will be queued for repair. A certified technician will service the module and repack it using the provided materials for return shipping.
